"Our key goal is to beef up the institutions, as well as the Lebanese army and security forces, so that they lay control over the Lebanese soil. This is what is supposed to happen, and it will! I affirm that President Michel Aoun is more determined to achieve this than anybody else," Hariri told a reception ceremony hosted by the Lebanese Embassy in Washington on Tuesday.
